Description
Quality Fleet Service is growing again! We're looking for both experienced and entry level mechanics to join our team of shop and field service technicians. Based in South Hadley MA, QFS is an authorized dealer of Hyundai Construction Equipment, Liebherr, Bell Trucks, Manitou, Eggersmann, Rockster, and Bandit Equipment. Quality Fleet Service is also a full service, parts, and warranty repair center, specializing in forestry machinery, utility equipment, as well as light and heavy trucks. We are the area’s leading authorized repair facility for CAT, Kubota, Perkins, Kohler, Isuzu, Deutz, Cummins, and Scania diesel engines.
We supply a clean shop working environment, well-maintained service trucks, diagnostic software, and training.
Must be able to work both independently and as part of a team. Positive attitude required as is prior industry experience. Previous experience with aerials, hydraulics, forestry, and or construction equipment a plus.
Responsibilities Included:
- Maintain and develop knowledge of Diesel engines, hydraulic systems, emissions tech, and other systems present in heavy equipment, aerials, and forestry machines
- Execute effective problem-solving skills including analysis of diagnostic data and software.
- Complete required training and certification programs
- Perform and complete repair schedules efficiently
- Possible travel to perform on-site repairs as needed in a variety of conditions
- Must be able to work both independently and as part of a team communicating effectively with supervisors, team members, and customers.

Heavy Equipment Sales Support Administrator
Description
We are seeking a full-time on-site Heavy Equipment Sales Support Administrator. The Heavy Equipment Sales Support Administrator's key responsibilities would be working with our sales team to provide efficient and effective help in regards to administrative tasks. Full responsibilities are below.
Responsibilities for the Heavy Equipment Sales Support Administrator position include:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for administrative tasks for the Sales team.
- Assist in onboarding new customers by managing paperwork and ensuring accurate documentation.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for OEM inquiries, resolving issues promptly and professionally.
- Oversee order processing, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
- Submitting Customer applications to financial institutes for approvals.
- Registering all inventory once paid for on the OEM’s portal.
- Maintain organized records for contracts, invoices, and sales documents.
- Act as a liaison between the sales team and internal departments for escalations or special projects.
- Assist in organizing marketing events, processing purchase orders, and ensuring smooth day-to-day office operations.
- Ensuring dealer system is accurate on all inventory.
- Perform other duties as required or requested by the Sales Manager.
Qualifications required for Heavy Equipment Sales Support Administrator:
- Sales Experience and understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
- Great communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to organize, prioritize, multitask, be flexible and meet deadlines.
- Proficient computer skills including typing, emailing, record keeping, routine database activity, word processing, and spreadsheets.
- Work well with others and be a team player.
- Must be a doer and willing to go above and beyond when needed.
