What’s New at Quality Fleet Service?

Jun. 19 2020 Bell Heavy Trucks By Evan Riley

What’s new at QFS? We are excited to announce we are now an official dealer of Bell Trucks America and are thrilled to be able to make these impressive machines available to our customers. Bell Equipment is an industry leader in articulated dump trucks and offers the world-class E-series. This series is packed with class-leading features that deliver production-boosting payloads, lower operating costs, superior ride quality, and uncompromising safety standards, so let’s take a quick look at what these trucks have to offer.

Why Bell Trucks

Bell heavy trucks are among the best on the market and bring the competitive edge your business is looking for. When choosing a heavy truck for the job site, it’s hard to ignore the advantage that Bell’s articulated trucks bring. The design of the articulated heavy trucks allows for superior maneuverability while not sacrificing power. And with enough power to handle serious earthmoving work, you’ll be able to take on just about any job. All of their trucks also feature permanent six-wheel drive with exhaust braking for control on slopes. You’ll also appreciate the Mercedes-Benz engines and Allison transmissions for a heavy-duty powertrain that brings tremendous power and excellent performance, as well as best-in-class fuel efficiency.

One of the convenient features of Bell trucks is that they are designed with onboard payload weighing. This way, you always know how much weight you have in the bin. Your operator will also appreciate Bell’s automatic park brake and hill assist. With these safety features, you will be able to work in a wide range of job sites, even on slopes that other trucks would not be able to handle. Automatic traction control is another safety feature that will help you when conditions get tough, ensuring you can adjust to site conditions as they change.

Another great feature is Bell’s cutting-edge Fleetm@tic system, which gives you access to all the information you need. This includes vital information such as load weights, number of cycles required, and hours of operation for all of your machinery. This system is sure to boost productivity and save you time and money. It can also detect operator error and abuse, warning you about issues so that you can train your crew accordingly. It’s nice to have this level of protection and awareness on the job site, as this system is reason enough to consider buying a Bell truck for your company.

If you're wondering what's new at QFS, we are now authorized to sell Bell Heavy Trucks, like this Bell B45E driving on a dirt road.

On-Site Service and Support

At QFS, nothing is more important to us than your success. This is why we offer on-site service to our customers. We know the job needs to get done on schedule, so we offer emergency support on-road or at your work site to make sure you can get back to work as quickly as possible. And with our 15,000 square foot facility, hydraulic equipment, and 10-ton overhead crane, we have everything we need for any maintenance or repairs you may need to get up and running again.

Bell E Series

The Bell E Series features a wide range of heavy trucks so that you are sure to find a model right for your business. With nine models, including a “versa” model that can be customized to meet your needs, there are plenty of options to choose from.

The lineup starts with the “light duty” Bell B20E, which has a payload rating of over 39,000 lbs, and 228 hp and 664 lb-ft of torque. The next model, the B25E, raises the payload rating to nearly 53,000 lbs, which is a significant increase. This is one of the most popular models. If you need more power, we’d recommend the B30E, which sees an increase in capacity as well. The B30E also comes as a 4×4 model as opposed to the six-wheel truck B30E and features the same awesome power and performance.

The Bell B40E is another great option if you need more power. With a payload rating of nearly 86,000 lbs, this model can be used for a wide range of your business needs. For serious land development and earthmoving, we recommend the Bell B45E for its 1,814 lb-ft of torque and a payload rating of over 90,000 lbs. The net truck in line, the Bell B50E, is a 50-ton truck with more 100,000 lbs of payload capacity, which makes it ideal for the most demanding of jobs. And the Bell B60E is the largest and most powerful of them all, as it can haul 121,000 lbs and features 2,028 lb-ft of torque.
