Last week, we had the incredible opportunity to host a team of HD Hyundai Construction engineers who traveled all the way from Korea. Their mission? To gather real-world feedback directly from us and our customers on the performance of HD Hyundai Construction equipment in the field. This visit was just one stop on their nationwide tour to hear from operators and dealers across the United States, gaining insights from those who use HD Hyundai Construction machines day in and day out.

Hyundai’s team—led by engineers Lee Mu Hyung, Min Kyung Hwan, Kim Ki Yong, and Seo Jeong Hwan—has been traveling across the country, meeting with equipment dealers and operators from all regions. Their goal is clear: to listen, learn, and improve. By visiting different dealers and speaking with the people who rely on their machines, HD Hyundai Construction aims to understand the real-world challenges operators face and gather feedback on how they can enhance future models.
