Springfield Thunderbirds Tickets Giveaway Official Rules

1. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY

No purchase or payment is necessary to enter or win. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning.

2. SPONSOR

The QFS T-Birds Tickets Giveaway (the “Giveaway”) is sponsored by Quality Fleet Service, Inc., located at 548 New Ludlow Road, South Hadley, MA 01075 (“Sponsor”). This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, the Springfield Thunderbirds, Facebook, Instagram, or any other third party.

3. ELIGIBILITY

The Giveaway is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of Quality Fleet Service, Inc., its affiliates, advertising agencies, and their immediate family members or household members are not eligible to participate. This Giveaway is void where prohibited by law.

4. GIVEAWAY PERIOD

The Giveaway begins on February 17, 2025, at 3:30 PM Eastern Time and ends at 11:59 PM Eastern Time on February 28, 2025 (the “Entry Period”). Entries submitted before or after the Entry Period will not be eligible.

5. HOW TO ENTER

To enter, participants must be subscribed to the Quality Fleet Service, Inc. newsletter by the end of the Entry Period. Existing subscribers are automatically entered. Limit one (1) entry per person.

6. PRIZE

One (1) winner will receive four (4) tickets to the Springfield Thunderbirds game on March 16, 2025 (the “Prize”). The approximate retail value (ARV) of the Prize is $145. The Prize is transferable, but no cash alternative or prize substitution is allowed except at the Sponsor’s discretion.

7. WINNER SELECTION & NOTIFICATION

The winner will be selected randomly from all eligible entries during the week following the end of the Entry Period. The winner will be notified via email and must respond within three (3) days of notification. If the winner does not respond within the allotted time, an alternate winner may be selected.

8. PUBLICITY RELEASE

By entering, the winner grants Quality Fleet Service, Inc. the right to use their name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

By entering, participants release Quality Fleet Service, Inc. from any liability arising from participation in the Giveaway or acceptance of the Prize. The Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, or misdirected entries, technical failures, or any other issues beyond its control.

10. PRIVACY POLICY

Any personal information collected will be used only for administering this Giveaway and will not be shared with third parties.

11. GENERAL CONDITIONS

The Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Giveaway if it becomes corrupted or affected by fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond the Sponsor’s control.

12. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED

This Giveaway is void where prohibited by law.
